From February 2021 to August 2023. Managed the communication strategy, overseeing PR agencies, social media agencies, and contractors. Acted as a ghostwriter for op-eds and essays bylined by the CEO. Responsible for the partnership between the foundation and the National Association of Education Journalists (Jeduca). Supervised planning, budget, and performance of the team.

From May 2020 to February 2021. Led the content strategy for Brazil’s leading publication on education during the COVID-19 pandemic. Established collaboration with different departments (marketing, product, audience, etc.) to produce over 40 news pieces and 8 live streamings under a short deadline. The pieces reached over 3 million teachers. Responsible for defining the coverage, supervising editors, copy editing stories, co-hosting live streamings and eventually writing pieces for the portal.

From August 2018 to April 2020. Produced digital and offline content (video, audio, interactive visuals, etc.) on business, education, and culture for national magazines (Exame, Vida Simples, Veja Sao Paulo, Nova Escola) and websites (Uol, Nova Escola, etc.). Wrote and edited features for magazines, newspapers, and websites. Produced and scripted short documentaries for YouTube.

From April 2012 to August 2018 . Acted as editor-in-chief, leading editors and four reporters. Pitched, assigned, commissioned, and edited pieces (including News Stories, Ideas Stories, Explanatory Pieces, and Solutions Pieces) about K-12 education. Wrote record-breaking stories and features, including multiple cover stories. Promoted from intern to reporter, copyeditor, and editor.

From May 2014 to August 2019. Curated, commissioned, translated, and edited guest essays for a bi-monthly magazine about culture. Cultivated relationships with potential guest authors, effectively applying diplomatic skills to brief and edit pieces.
